METV channel in Phoenix
I was just told that the issue is from the network provider, they are having trouble broadcasting the channel to Cox.

I just got this update:
"The station had equipment failure last week. Their replacement came in today and should be fully back on air a bit before noon earlier today. Only MeTV and Charge! should have been impacted due to the equipment failure."
