Lost service

When can I anticipate my service to be restored? I didn't have any last night 10/4/23 either. 
I pay good money to have your services. I expect something to be done quick.  Thank you

    Are you in a outage? If so there is nothing any of us users can do for you other then say they are in outage too. To do that, they would need to know what state/town you live in. If not a outage, can you describe the problem? Do you have internet with Cox too? Have you lost all your channels? If so, have you tried resetting your box?
