Hi Ben and thanks. My remote does not have a setup button, and the instructions have no procedure for using a code. The remote is supposed to automatically detect the device, which it did with the TV, identifying it as a Sony Bravia 4K. It does not identify the sound bar. It asks if I want to add my audio receiver. When I say yes, it seems to do a short search and then asks me to test the sound bar's volume control which of course does not work, as do none of the controls. I spoke to Cox tech support this morning and all they could suggest is that I contact Sony. The sound bar works fine with its own remote and it worked fine with my older cable box remote. Again, this remote has no setup button and the instructions have no procedures for manually adding a device.

Thanks Ben. Success with code 31759. They really ought to include those instructions with the remote.
