Is the voice remote and extra cost for my Contour box?

I'm having issues in my Cable few local channels are not showing and international channel. I'm paying $239.00 monthly and service is not great. I need you guys to fix it or give credit for 2 months now.
- I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing TV problems. I'd suggest checking the connections on all of your receivers to ensure they're hand tight then disconnect power from each for two minutes and reconnect to see if a reset helps.
