I have the set top box. But when i turn it on it goes to static and you here static noise cut in and out uNless you reset. My box never worked. It’ll cost me a fee for a tech to come out even though the box was doa. Anyone ever deal with that.
If you contact Cox support by phone they will replace your box for no charge. They can mail you an exchange or you can go too the nearest Cox store and trade it out. I just did this yesterday and the new box is wonderful!
