consider swapping the equipment, just take it to the local cox store and swap it out. see if this fixes the issue, if you say the signals are strong, these can be too strong, often what is referred to as white-out. SNR needs to be in sync. Often the streaming bands are not related to the diagnostics you see for cable modems
