Fox News channels not working in Cave Creek AZ

Fox News channels not working in Cave Creek AZ. I can get channels on my iPad, but not my TV. The screen says that this is an issue with Cox. I need to know if there is something I can reset on my end to get these channels. Thanks

    You can log into your Cox account to reset your cable box.  This is not a reboot but a more advanced reset.

    I think so many people are watching Fox News, your local node ran out of assignments for subscribers to watch.
