Fox (channel 10) is out of audio sync

The Fox channel (channel 10) is out of sync with audio....even the commercials are out of sync.   I chatted with Cox and they sent two different signals to my cable box as well as reprogram my cable box twice....all did nothing.     They told me they would contact Fox.    I contacted Fox, they told me to contact Cox!     Why am I paying for Ch 10 if I cannot watch it?

    many folks are working from home in not so ideal conditions as the studio.

    Try turning just your TV off and then on again. Samsung products are notorious for sync problems. Not sure about other brands.
