Fed up of lassos signal/boot loop

I have had more failures of Cox in two weeks than in ten years of xfinity service (regretting interstate move and lack of options here). Watching tv fine and then get message - we are having issues X followed by a loss of signal/boot/ welcome message that goes back to boot. Can fix with a manual reset but fed up of missing end of programs and aggravating my injured back to get down to plug to pull out and reset. Tried CS - they want you to pay $10 for tech support fee! Shouldn’t they provide a service that works for what we already pay? The fact I get the welcome message suggests that it’s a sotware issue with the reboot not completing…. Don’t wayptch mysteries any more - keep missing end…..
