Escalation Support

How can an issue be escalated within Cox? My plan was messed up, my paid for services were discontinued and in order to put the services back, I am required to pay almost $40 more. My bill did not decrease, I lost my channels/packs I am paying for and no one can fix this issue. I did not make the change and I have to pay for the mistake that each of the 13 agents I spoke to clearly saw the issue. But no one can fix this  I simply want what I am paying for to be accessible at the price I am paying for it. That is not too much to ask for. I am paying my bill, but now I am not able to access my pay channels, nor any of the packs I am paying for
