DVR will not record

  • I have been receiving errors for 2 days when I try to record programs or watch previously recorded . Says we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties, please try back in a few minutes...well it has been 2 days. Anyone else experiencing this?

    have you called & asked cox to do a re-boot from their end?

    Same here. I have cloud dvr in Irvine CA. I spent over an hour waiting for cox rep just for him to tell me I don’t have dvr even though I have had it since January. He couldn’t help me.
