DVR recordings breaking up.

Contour DVR recordings pixalate and the picture completely breaks up with loss of audio for 2-3 minutes.  This only happens on recordings, not regular programming.  It happens on different channels / programs / and is sporadic; not every recording.  HELP!!

      Mary, As I am having this same sporadic pixilation and audio problem on my Tivo, it would seem that the problem is not with our DVRs, but with the COX signals. As many people have this same problem, please reply to this problem on this forum.
