Yes, I made sure the video description was off. I even used the voice command to make sure it was off. The closed caption is off too. Just started with a show from last night and tonight's shows, all NBC.?
Try turning the SAP audio setting off. If it's already off, try cycling it on then off again.
I did that too...lol I read a thread here from a prior reply to a similar question. Guess I will have to call support tomorrow
