Does anyone else notice that when a program is recorded, the recording ends before the program is actually over?

Same issue here in Laguna CA....records 45 seconds early and misses final 45 seconds. Having us add recording time to the DVR is a bad solution. Cox just has to look into the Time problem and resolve it.
