Yes we have the same problem on both DVR-6 tuners. Crystal S, what is Cox doing to escalate and solve and fix this problem?

I know it is important to you to record all of your favorite shows. You can always set the DVR to recover 1-2 minutes early and stop 5 minutes late. See the links below to help you with those settings.
