Delete Profile?

Does anyone know how to delete the Cox forum profile? Been on two chats and 3 phone calls - it seems Cox ‘support’ people don’t know what a cox forum profile is. They seem to want to delete my Cox account or more often…just transfer me to another agent. Support (especially chats) is severely lacking.
