Delay of feed

My TV feed is 44 seconds delayed.

For the past month or so, my shows recorded to my DRV have been cutting off early. Taking a look at several channels where they display a live clock (e.g. during the morning shows, CNN, MSNBC etc.) I have determined that my feed from Cox is 44 seconds off from "live" - my entire services appears to be on a "delay".

The result is all my DVR recordings cut off early and I miss the end of the show.
