Hi TonyofAZ, when did error 3305.403 appear? When you first opened watchtv.cox.com, or when you first selected a show to watch? Error 3305.403 indicates a license server issue, meaning that the website is unable to authenticate your device and/or browser. Are you able to play content when accessing watchtv.cox.com using a browser other than Edge? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
