It has been over 2 months with dvr and box issues. I have had multiple techs out. Box does not work at all for a day or 2 then turns on. Remote does not connect to box. All Cox does us lie!! This has supposedly been escalated 3 times and a supervisor was supposed to call. A tech came out told me to down grade my service and look for dvr else where then said he could change the box but he had to go get one, he left and then canceled my appt. Now there is a ticket to replace the line outside my home with they already did a week ago.
