Cox On Demand Service is not working

Cox On Demand Service is not working

Last Tuesday I spent an unsuccessful hour with cox technician who assured me the inability to access On Demand feature was not a cox system wide failure. He was ill informed.  I checked with friends in different parts of city and they all have same problem.  Contact Cox and "demand" partial bill refund until On Demand is restored.  I was assigned a case number, but can get no answer for the last 5 days.
