Cox Customer Service in San Diego North

Am I the only one completely disappointed with Cox in San Diego?

I have been a long time loyal customer and pay for both TV and internet along with Cox Homelife. Needless to say my bill is way too much for what I get.

I tried to use cox support both over chat as well as calling directly. The chat support not only didn’t solve my problem of some channels with choppy pictures but actually left my box not working. Basically said I had to pay for additional support for them to fix it and when I declined, pretty much told me to have a nice day.

I was able to call and have then reset the box for the second time. The original problem still exists and again the option was to pay for somebody to come out.

I can’t believe how much we pay Cox for both terrible service as well as terrible customer service.

Is this just me?
