Cox cable out

Cable and internet out all day. Error message on box states “cast”. On screen error msg reads: RDK-03003. Support told me there was an outage in my area but none of my neighbors that subscribe to Cox have cable or internet problems today. I checked all the cables and connectors. I disconnected the power for 10 minutes and then reconnected. Nothings working. Any suggestions?
