Hi HCL1983, have you run a channel scan on your TiVo? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

I have the directions to do that but do not see Channel Scan. Directions are Home--> Menu-->Settings-->Channel Settings-->Cable Scan. I get to Channel Settings and have three options: Channel List, Favorite Channels, Cable Signal. No Scan?

you can't channel scan if your using a cable card

I can't run a channel scan. it is not an option.
