I have the directions to do that but do not see Channel Scan. Directions are Home--> Menu-->Settings-->Channel Settings-->Cable Scan. I get to Channel Settings and have three options: Channel List, Favorite Channels, Cable Signal. No Scan?

you need to contact tivo they handle the guide info providing cox has alerted them to the new channels
