Cowboy Channel not working

For the past few days The Cowboy Channel won't work. Every time I try it I get an error. Plus, I'm in website hell as I keep going in circles and can't find a phone number to call anyone for help. Cox sure charges a lot - for crappy service.

    Are you in Phoenix by any chance? As for their number, google says it's 1 (800) 234-3993.
