Conture Failure

Like numerous other customers, my DVR has been picking and choosing when it records a set episode or recently. 

MOST recent, about last four episodes of siesta keys. Wife has series to record, but it doesn't. Also when searching the episodes, it only shows season 3 episode 8 and older, however when I get on the contour app on my phone, it has all the most recent ones to play.
