Contour saved recording reverts back to start when fast forward
Contour cloud saved recording reverts back to start when fast forward. This is very frustrating and not at all customer-friendly. Poor customer experience.

Yep, that's just one of the 2023 Contour's many glitches. Sometimes it will jump to the end of the recording.
More troublesome is the MS-DOS era like slow response to remote commands.
