Contour and chrome issue

Well folks I am back again with the exact same issue while trying to watch contour on Chrome. I thought the issue was fixed but alas it isn't. Here's the error message I am getting.

Error ftde.xact.3322.1000136

Any ideas? Thanks for looking!

    Hello. It sound like you may have an extension in Chrome that is blocking Contour. Please check your extensions to make sure you do not have any security extensions enabled that could be blocking the site. Also, are you able to access Contour on other devices? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

    try another browser. chrome used to be my primary, now i use it only translations are needed.

    experiencing both freeze-ups + not responding, got old.
