Contour 2 daily restarts
- Ever since a cox tech replaced something on the pole outside my house several weeks ago I have almost daily service interruptions requiring a reboot. Sometimes more than once a day. I just replaced one of the in house contour boxes last week and it’s been no help. I just lost service twice in the last hour and it’s still just showing the welcome screen for the last 10 minutes I’ve ask the techs on a chat and on the phone to send someone to look at the hardware on the pole which must be defective and they won’t do it.
