Channels mixed up Nationwide

Nearly all channels are mixed up in the guide, recordings are not working, and it has been broken since Saturday, Aug 8. I understand this is a national problem affecting millions of Cox customers. This should be a simple fix. Why has is not been fixed yet, and when can we expect it fixed?
