Center audio channel

Anyone having center channel audio issues with certain HBO shows. Watching Billions and at certain times center channel cracks at higher volumes

I tried the same show on a different box and a different 5.1 system. It did it in the same places. Recorded show. It also happened with this weeks Billions show. Recorded also

How is the 5.1 system connected HDMI or PCM and what do you have to audio set to?

    HDMI. Auto connect Dolby Digital. It is Showtime not HBO

      Ohills. have you noticed this issue happening on any other channels? Or on any non-recorded programs?

        No. I’ve checked my connections. I’ll check watching live. I mostly watch recorded shows
