Is there an alert or error message on the screen when attempting to schedule or manually record? Are you experiencing this issue on all of your DVR receivers?

NO. Defective equipment. Don't you have anything better to do than to troll these threads and make snarky remarks?

I am having the same problem. Rebooted TV 3 times. Can not record series only individual shows. What was your solution as Cox can not find the issue

I am having the exact issues. Cox sent a signal to box but detected a problem. Cox is investigating but did not say timeframe to resolve or what the problem is.

I’m having the same issue. Option to record a series not even available. And a series I had set up didn’t record last night. Hopefully we get some answers.

My parents and I have the same issue, and Cox opened a ticket to look into it on Friday. They know it has to be on their end because multiple users have the problem. They said it may be fixed by tomorrow if they work on the ticket today. If it's not fixed tomorrow I'm calling back. Some series I can record, some I can't. It's totally random.

sounds like operator error!

this is NOT operator error. Cox has messed up their reprogramming.
