Cannot get CNN or HLN
When accessing CNN or HLN, get the message that it’s not available, and to try again. A code is shown of QRE 03059. It doesn’t do it all the time but a lot.

Usually a signal problem. Have you tried rebooting the box? Does it happen on all boxes? If so, I suggest a technician.
