Make sure you are not using a VPN and that your devices are in fact logging in through your router's WiFi. If you are using a VPN, it will cause issues. Cox may not be a lot of help either, since they didn't write the App, not do they provide technical support for it. The Cox Complete Care, a fee based service may be able to provide a little help, but in all honesty, this is going to be a starz issue if you are not using a VPN.

Thanks for some reason I was able to access it on the Google tv.
