When turn on the main tv it never comes on right away I always get no signal and the welcome screen. The tv in the bedrooms have no problems just the living room tv what can be Done? I have changed the main box 3 times and the modem once and nothing helps
I realize you said your issue is with your main TV which is most likely connected to a DVR capable receiver, so this may or may not apply. But I do know that a mini-box will initially display “No signal” when the TV is powered on if it was last powered off with the TV’s sleep timer. Do you power off the main cable box each night?
The Contour Welcome screen? Do you have a stereo connected between the cable-box and TV?
