Before forced obsolescence in December 2020, what date can we expect a DHTML5 version of contour?

Before forced obsolescence in December 2020, what date can we expect a DHTML5 version of contour, that does not rely on unsafe and bulky flash technology that very shortly no browser in the world will support?
