Bad reception

We have had horrible reception on the Weather Channel (44) forever.  I have tried to get this fixed but all the people who work for cox want you to reset the modem or cable box.  This problem is not ...

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Are you experiencing this on all cable boxes if more than one?

    Yes all boxes.  It happens mostly on the weather channel when they have a program on.  Also happens on HLN and Motor Trend.
