Anyone else lose cable with the software update cox pushed last night? Keeps booting and powering on then off. Says bad image file. Then reboots again and again

Software update they did last night causing my cable to continuously reboot for last 12 hours over and over

Well the contour just crashed. It in a loop booting up. Looks like Google Fiber here i come. They just completed a installation a few months ago.

    Ok im reboot back home. rebooted modem as it looked disconnected. ditto for contour. power levels  -9,-10 so there out of spec, snr 32 ok. A little on the edge might be all the problems.

      Which power is -9, -10?

      32 dB is almost out-of-spec.

        So the downstream Qam power is better. under -5 to -6 most. snr 33 to 37. Everything is working.
