Annoying outage

There is an outage that might not to fixed until 7am.   The cable tv signal comes and goes every 5 minutes in the New Orleans area.   I"m glad I watch a lot of other internet media.  Signals are good on mini box and internet.  Must be a cox issue.

    Hello JeffinLouisiana, you are always able to check on the outages in your area and get text updates on the outage by signing up on the Cox app. Log in on the app, click on the message, and input a cell number to receive the updates. -Crystal S. Cox Support Forum Moderator
