Where do I plug in our home phone? I plugged it into the router, in Tel1 and there is no dial tone...

I also tried Tel2 and the phone jack in our home, no luck

    Hi Hurdlekat,

    The phone should be plugged into Tel 1. If there is still no dial tone, you may try powering down your equipment for a few minutes. If you're phone service is still down, please send us an email to and include your full name, account name, street address, and details of your issue.
