Do you know which version of the operating system your smart phone is running? It is supported under iOS 10.0 or higher (Apple) or 6.0 or higher for an Android phone. We just tested here on both an Android & I-phone and we were able to download the app.

I still can’t get the new app. The download button is grayed out.
- LisaH7 years agoModeratorHi Rosebud84. If the download button is grayed out, there is something on your iPad that is blocking it. You may need to contact Apple to determine what to do. - Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
- Becky7 years agoModeratorHi Rosebud84, I believe the reason the download button is grayed out is because the Voice Everywhere app is only compatible with smartphone devices. The app is not compatible with tablets or computers. The app functionality is specific to mobile phone devices. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Why didn’t they leave the Cox Connect app as it was? It worked fine with my iPad. Now, the new one only works with mobile phones? I don’t have a smartphone, so now I have to sign in whenever I want to look at my call log. Are they going to have an app that is compatible with ipads?
