Voice Tools repeatedly down
I try to log in to track phone activity and I keep getting a page urging me to sign up for the service. What gives?

Hi Stinkfoot63, what menu path or URL are you using to access Phone Tools after you log in? Is http://phonetools.cox.com the URL of the page urging you to sign up for the service? See if you can access your phone activity via www.cox.com/.../tools.cox. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
