Voice mail time stamp

 The time stamp on my voice mail is off by 3 hours.  I live in AZ, but the time it states is east coast time.   I've called Cox several times and they did not seem to know how to fix it.   I've reset my phone modem several times to no avail.  Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Hi MLo314, I’ve received word that your voicemail timestamp setting has been corrected. The time stamp on new incoming messages should now be correct. (Saved voicemails that arrived prior to the fix will still display the wrong timestamp.) Please test this and let us know if the time setting is correct. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
