Unreliable Cox

For the past several days I have not been able to access anything but my account. I can not access my voice mail, and all i get from the 1-866 number is absolutely "ZERO." When I log on my account it shows an outage. NONSENSE ~ I can access the web and can get and make phone calls. COX services have been going down hill for the past few years. I even called COX headquarters In Atlanta, Georgia and left a message with a secretary to have them call me back. I might as well have been spitting in the wind. Poor business practices from COX. Is that the way they treat their customers ? When COX Let Yahoo take over their E-mail .... suffice to say it 'SUCKS." I am not a Happy Camper ! ! !
