Thank you! The date and time are correct on my home computer, so I don't know why that error keeps coming up. I'm using Internet Explorer on my work computer, not Chrome, but I do use Chrome on my home PC.

Hi Geri Ann, when using Internet Explorer, you can bypass the error message by clicking "Continue to this website (not recommended)." The Phone Tools login page--a secure site with no certificate errors--should then load and allow you to log in. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

I'm still getting the error on my home computer about the date and time not being correct, even though they are totally correct. I'm using Chrome on my home PC. What should I do? Of course, since I'm at home, I can just pick up my landline phone and check my voicemail that way, but I like being able to do it from my PC as well.

Your clock is ahead
A private connection to phonetools.cox.com can't be established because your computer's date and time (Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 5:46:28 PM) are incorrect.
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALIDThis is what I get, and when I click on the Advanced Link, I get another message telling me to change the time on my clock, but the time is completely accurate. Very frustrating!- LisaH7 years agoModeratorHi Geri Ann. We are aware of the issue with the security certificate and it should be corrected within the next 24-48 hours. Please make sure that you delete browsing history and are only using phonetools.cox.com. If you have this site saved as a bookmark or favorite, don't use it until you verify it works correctly.
