Could be, but at least they didn't wait for another 10 days to 2 weeks or longer hoping it would fix itself. I think Tiffany R may have pushed them once it was realized the 120 day deadline made this a higher priority. I could have lost a lot more data than just one week's worth. Thanks, too, for your help keeping this alive until it was fixed. Bruce also.
