Alas, I too am being jerked around by the inability to access phone-tools, except, as has been noted, at/times only when already logged in on the account page. I'm somewhat consoled to know it's not only me, and ecstatic to view writings of the master of understatement in 'suggesting' that the gurus at Cox review their numerous resources in the valiant search for a solution to this most vexatious of problems( among many, in the frustrating saga of my new install of services) !!
