What equipment is needed make my telephone work after I took up the Panoramic out of the house and put it back with Cox?

As long as you have the Panoramic in your house and it's online and provisioned for telephone, you should be able to plug a phone directly into it. If you don't have internet and only phone service, you can use a phone modem(eMTA) which is model TM3402.
