our phone is NOT ringing.
It has an available/free tone, but does not accept any incoming calls. All incoming calls are immediately sent to voice mail and it does NOT ring at home. Why?

By the way, it is a landline, and we did disable any possible service that we could think of including *80 and *87. Still NOT ringing. We can dial out, but people cannot call us. Two different TECH people tried rebooting our entire system - several times - and it didn't fix the problem.
Any ideas???? Please?
