Yes, mine is shown as 'protected.' It has shown that status for 4 days. I did wait for three rings and I have done that several times just in case something was missed. Each time, the response is that Norobo is enabled on my phone. And, yes, I can enable or disable it. It is so frustrating because there is no reason why it should not be working. Cox actually checked it, too, and found out that it was successfully enabled. It just doesn't block calls.
At the risk of pissing you off...when a scammer calls you, does your phone ring more than once?
I did see a topic about Unblockable calls, but it doesn't make sense. It reveals a flaw if a spoofer uses a number "very close to your own." That's odd because it's a logic input: is the number on the Block List? (True or False) However, the topic is listed under iOS phones.

Bruce, yes, the phone rings until the spammer hangs up or my phone cuts him off. The little boxes are right in front of each of the phone numbers that are shown on my nomo page. Like a box that you would put an x in for some reason. They were empty before, now they have some icon in them. Basically, on my list of numbers that called my phone, it seems like they are being checked off as though they were blocked...which they weren't. I have reported 6 calls that are on the list that were not blocked. There are more but I'm starting to think they are going to do nothing about it and I'm spinning my wheels.

It sounds like you've done everything right because you're getting indicators for checked, rechecked, done-correctly, enabled, in-order, protected, verified, re-verified , tested, validated, etc. It's either a glitch with Cox or Nomo.
It seems easy to set up but the only downfall is using two different websites to activate. There was a previous thread about Nomo not working...which you initially contributed...and the fix was correcting the Cox page. It was unclear which number to enter: your Cox number or Nomo number. The OP entered the Nomo number and it finally worked. Unless you typo'd the Nomo number on the Cox page, I don't understand why it doesn't work. This **.
Where is that Cox page? Actually, I think I did that page now that I think about it because it was unclear which number to enter. I entered my own and got the message that it was already protected and i should enter another one but I didn't have another number that I wanted protected. Then I did have to enter the Nomo number. I'll go back and look at that again. I think it has to be a Cox glitch but they won't discuss it at all. As soon as you say it's about Nomo, they say they are not authorized to assist with that.
